What to do for hot yoga?

Make sure you do not eat at least 2 hours before, and drink enough water to avoid dehydration after doing hot yoga. It would be better you have a yoga mat and yoga towel for hot yoga. And not recommended for pregnant women.

I am very happy with my manduka Travel Yoga Mat purple lite.
